Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. For pieces that are Made to order or customised products, please allow 14 to 21 working days before your order can be dispatched. We are appreciate to your patient and delight to deliver our beautiful products to you.  



Domestic : 2-3 working days

Asia countries : 3-5 working days

Europe & UK : 3-5 working days

Canada & United States : 3-5 working days

Australia & New Zealand :  3-5 working days

Rest of the worlds : 5-7 working days


International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not responsible for customs, import duties or any other fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate how much it will be it depends on your country's custom policies. If you would like to find out how much it will be charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing order. 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. If you are international shipping, when you are return the post, please write down "return or refund items" on the parcel, to avoid the parcel is held in customs. 



We accept returns of exchanges products within 14 days after the date you received your orders. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with in its original packaging. We have the right to refuse your request if the product has been scratched, stained or corroded by make-up or perfumes. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons all earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds on customised products. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product(s) received is faulty. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the our office. 

Please contact us to start the return/exchange process and make sure to state your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. Once you have receives a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below. We will process the return as soon as we received the item.

Damages and issues

All of our products are quality controlled and checked for any fault before they are dispatched to customers. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
