      General care

       

      • Remove jewellery when showering or bathing. 
      • Avoid wearing jewellery during physical work such as housekeeping or exercise. Never expose jewellery to household cleaning products, chemicals may cause damage surface of jewellery. 
      • To keep shiny, we advise you to avoid contact water, perfumes, lotions or cosmetics.
      • Keep away from extreme temperature and humidity. 




      Silver & Other precious metal 



      • To keep shiny, we advise you to avoid contact water, perfumes, lotions or cosmetics.
      • When silver is exposed to oxygen, tarnishing occurs over time, resulting in dull or even turn the surface black but it doesn’t mean damage the metal and it can be removed easily with cleaning.  
      • Exposure to air cause tarnish the metal, please store it separately in a cool, dry place - preferably the anti-oxidise bag, airtight bag and its box for prevent damages from other jewellery.
      • For clean your silver, using specialist cleaning solution or cloth is best way to back to shine. 
      • To clean your silver without solutions or anti-tarnish, soak the silver jewellery in warm water(not a boiling or hot water) and apply a small amount of washing-up liquid. Gentle scrub with soft brush- rinse in clean water - remove water in surface- leave to dry.  




      Fresh-water Pearls & Gemstones



      • Pearls are organic gemstones and can be fragile and vulnerable to acid, alkaline, and extreme of humidity. so it requires delicate and correct care. 
      • Please, avoid your pearl to contact with cosmetics, hair spray, or perfumes. 
      • To keep your pearls clean, wipe them gently with a soft cloth and store it in a soft bags or cloth to prevent damage from other jewellery. 
      • To clean your gemstones, apply a small amount of washing-up liquid to warm water(not a boiling or hot water) and gently clean with soft-brush. 
      • When cleaning malachite, use cool water as it is particularly sensitive to heat and hot water may damage the gemstone.

      제품 결함으로 인한 교환 및 반품은 미 착용시 가능하며, 제품을 받으신 날 부터 14일 이내에 교환 및 반품이 가능합니다. 만약 제품 및 패키지 훼손, 화장이나 향수등에 의해 오염 되었거나 스크래치등 이 발생한 경우 교환 및 반품이 불가능합니다.  사용전 반드시 제품의 상태를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 위생과 안전상의 이유로 이어링은 교환 및 반품이 불가능 하며, 커스터마이징 제품 또한 교환 및 반품이 어려운점 유의해 주시기 바랍니다. 


      반품요청시 제품과 함께 제품불량 / 오배송 / 배송중 파손 등 반품 사유를 기재해 주세요. 


      제품 및 패키지 훼손, 사용 흔적이 있는 제품 혹은 단순 변심에 의한 교환 및 반품은 불가능합니다. 교환 반품을 하실 경우 배송비는 고객 부담이며, 배송료는 선불 결제 해 주셔야 합니다. 

      제품 회수가 된 후 확인 절차를 거쳐 교환 및 반품 처리가 이루어집니다. 기타 문의는 고객센터에 문의 하시거나 hyerikim11@gamil.com 으로 문의 바랍니다.

      Return 


      We accept returns of exchanges products within 14 days after the date you received your orders. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with in its original packaging. We have the right to refuse your request if the product has been scratched, stained or corroded by make-up or perfumes. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

      For hygiene and safety reasons all earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds on customised products. 

      Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product(s) received is faulty. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the our office. 

      Please contact us to start the return/exchange process and make sure to state your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. Once you have receives a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below. We will process the return as soon as we received the item.

      Damages and issues

      All of our products are quality controlled and checked for any fault before they are dispatched to customers. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

       
      Cancellation

      We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 


      Refunds

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

      모든 제품은 선주문 후제작으로 주문 완료후 제작까지 14-21일 정도 소요되며, 제작 완료후 발송은 영업일 기준 1-3일 정도 걸릴 수 있습니다. 배송 기간 및 비용은 지역 마다 상이 하며 주문시 확인 부탁 드립니다. 


      주문 

      주문 상태가 상품 준비중  경우 주문 취소가 가능 합니다. 상품 준비가 완료된 경우 취소 요청이 불가합니다.  



      Shipping

      Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. For pieces that are Made to order or customised products, please allow 14 to 21 working days before your order can be dispatched. We are appreciate to your patient and delight to deliver our beautiful products to you.

      International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not responsible for customs, import duties or any other fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate how much it will be it depends on your country's custom policies. If you would like to find out how much it will be charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing order. 

      Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. If you are international shipping, when you are return the post, please write down "return or refund items" on the parcel, to avoid the parcel is held in customs.
